1. Eat Moderately

2. Stay Away from sweets
Stand more than an arm’s away from a bowl of chocolates or candies, so you won’t get tempted to munch some while you chat with your friends and families.
3. Avoid Drinking too much Beverages
In parties, different beverages are always present, like juice, wine and beer and even carbonated drinks.
Although it’s okay to raise a glass for holiday toast, it is important that you have a limitation on calories.
4. Keep up Normal Exercises
If you still have time, you should consider keeping up with your work out. It is a need to sweat what you consume for last night.
